MASALA CURD CHICKEN

This is a very simple and delicious chicken gravy. It resembles the chicken tikka masala to some extent due to the ingredients used but here the chicken is not fried.

Serves: 4
Ingredients

8 to 10 boneless Chicken pieces

1 ½ cup curd

½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp red chilli powder

½ tbsp garlic paste

½ tbsp ginger paste

1 tsp chicken 65 masala

1 tsp coriander powder

2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

2 tbsp oil

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 2 to 3 hours.

Then heat a pan, add all the marinated ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes. Keep stirring in between. When the chicken has cooked and gravy reduced to 1/3rd, add oil and mix well. Stir well and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. When oil starts leaving, switch off the gas. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
