MUTTON MASALA

This is a very simple and easy to make dish using very few ingredients. It tastes delicious and is a perfect accompaniment with both rice and rotis.

Serves = 4
Ingredients

500 gms boneless mutton cut into pieces
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tomatoes pureed
¼ cup curd
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp coriander leaves

Method

Take all the above ingredients in a pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes or till the mutton is well cooked.

Then heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and add the mutton mixture. Mix well and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring continuously. When it reaches a gravy consistency, switch off the gas and serve. Garnish with chopped onions and mint leaves.
