MAIDA DOSA / MAIDE KA CHEELA




This is a quick and easy breakfast recipe that requires very few ingredients. The dosa tastes best when served hot with khurma, kheema, chana mehti gravy or dal.


Ingredients

2 cups maida (all purpose flour)
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Water
4 to 5 tbsps chopped coriander leaves
oil

Method
  • Break open the eggs in a bowl and beat well till the yolks and whites are well mixed.
  • Add salt to taste and water and whisk well.
  • Add maida little by little and whisk to form a smooth batter. Add more water if necessary.
  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Heat a non stick tava, pour the batter and spread evenly to form a thin dosa.
  • Smear a few drops of oil at the edges and cook till golden spots are seen.
  • Turn over the dosa and cook on the other side.
  • Transfer to a plate and in the same way, prepare all the dosas.
  • Serve hot.
