CHANA POORI CHAAT

Chaats have a perfect blend of spiciness, tanginess, salt, crunchiness and taste all in one bite which makes it a very popular and a much desired food for many. Chaats are my favourite as well and today, I am going to share a delicious recipe of chaat made with whole wheat pooris and chickpeas. I tasted this chana poori chaat at a chaat counter and was really impressed with its taste. So tried to make it at home as well. The chaat came out awesome and everyone at home simply loved it. Sharing the recipe here. I am sure my readers too will like it.

VARIETY RICE RECIPES/ 20+ RICE RECIPES

Rice is an essential food item and a variety of recipes are made with rice. From pulaos to biryani, khichdi to kheer - rice forms an integral part of Indian cuisine. We can make rotis, one pot meals, use it to make sweets or pair plain cooked rice with curries and side dishes. I often make one pot meals with rice as they are flavourful, easy to cook and are perfect to pack in our lunch box. In this post I am sharing 20 + recipes of biryani, pulao and variety rice. You can just click on the links to get the recipes.  Will share a collection of rice based sweet recipes in my next post.

SEMOLINA AND COCONUT BALLS/ GULGULE

Gulgule is a delicious and easy to make traditional sweet that we often prepare at home. The recipe I am sharing today is my mother-in-law's who is an expert in making it. You can also make gulgules in large quantities at home and store them in air tight containers. They are an ideal snack for picnics and family get togethers.

CURRY LEAVES CHICKEN GRAVY

I often experiment in the kitchen as I like to make new dishes. This gravy is one of those that I tried at home recently. The wonderful flavour and aroma of curry leaves along with mint, coriander leaves and green chillies gives a great taste to the chicken. You can serve this with Roti or any variety rice of your choice.
