MUTTON KABAB/ KEBAB

This is one of my mother’s best dishes that I have been relishing since childhood. It is very simple to make and can be cooked in about 15 minutes.

Serves = 4
Ingredients

500 gms boneless mutton cut into small pieces
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 cup oil

Method

Take a pressure cooker and add all the above ingredients except oil along with 2 cups of water. Close a lid and pressure cook for 10 minutes or 3 whistles till the mutton pieces are cooked.

Then heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan, and add the cooked mutton mixture. Keep stirring for about 5 to 10 minutes till the mutton pieces have mixed well with the oil and the masalas.

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and dal or any gravy of your choice.
