Hi friends, today I am going to share a quick, and delicious recipe of Punjabi Chicken curry. Punjabi chicken curry is a spicy and flavourful chicken delicacy. It is easy to prepare and can be cooked in less than half an hour. Here I have used pressure cooker to reduce cooking time. This curry tastes great with pulaonaan, plain rice, idiyappam, dosa, idlis or even Chapathi and Rotis.

Yakhni Pulao or Chicken Yakhni Pulao is a flavourful, mildly spiced and delicious Chicken Rice recipe from Kashmir. Here the chicken is boiled in water and the chicken stock or Yakhni is used to cook the Rice along with spices. I made this  Chicken Yakhni Pulao for Iftar and it came out so good. You can also make this Chicken Yakhni Pulao for Lunch or dinner and serve with Onion Raita, Vegetable Khurma or even Ketchup.

Hi friends, Today I am sharing a recipe of Murgh Korma/ Khurma that I often make at home. Murgh Khurma or Chicken gravy is a traditional recipe that I learnt from my mother. I added some more ingredients to increase the taste and everyone at home simply loves this delicious Chicken gravy. This Murgh Korma gravy tastes best when serve with Pulao. I am going to share the recipe of making Pulao in one of my upcoming posts. Murgh Khurma along with Pulao or Roti is a wonderful combination and you can serve this delicious Murgh Khurma gravy for Lunch or Dinner. 

KADAI CHICKEN GRAVY/HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE KADAI CHICKEN AT HOME




Kadai Chicken is a popular chicken gravy made with tomatoes, capsicums and spices. Kadai chicken gravy is one of my favorite chicken dishes as it is spicy, delicious and bursting with flavors of the masalas used. Kadai Chicken is usually prepared with Kadai masala where spices are roasted and powdered and then used in the gravy. But here I have skipped the step and used ready made spice powders to speed up the process of making Kadai Chicken gravy. The Kadai chicken gravy comes out awesome every time I make it. Kadai Chicken tastes best when served with Roti, Paratha or Naan. 

CHICKEN VERMICELLI/ MURGH KHAARA SEVIYAN/ CHICKEN SEMIYA




Murgh khaara seviyan/ semiya or Spicy Chicken vermicelli is a flavourful and delicious dish that you can prepare for breakfast or dinner. Chicken Vermicelli can also be served as an evening snack when you have tea parties or family get together. It is easy and quick to cook with few ingredients. CHICKEN 65 BIRYANI




Chicken 65 biryani is a more flavourful and spicy version of the regular chicken biryani. Here the chicken is marinated in a host of spices and masala, fried in oil and then added to the biryani. This gives a wonderful colour and flavour to the biryani and takes the taste to an all new level. Serve this delicious Chicken 65 biryani with Jungli Mutton and onion raita and I am sure your family and friends would become fans of your cooking.

MURGH MATAR METHI/ CHICKEN PEAS AND FENUGREEK LEAVES GRAVY WITH VIDEO
