Shahi Tukda is a delicious, rich and easy to make sweet that you can prepare on special occasion or festivals. Shahi Tukda is also an ideal sweet to prepare when you are hosting a large gathering of people. Making Shahi Tukda needs very few ingredients and the sweet gets done in less than 1 hour.

- Switch off the gas and keep ready.
- Now cut each bread slice into 2 triangles and toast in a pan till you get brown spots. Toast all bread slices and keep ready.
- Next heat oil in a pan and when oil is hot, deep fry the bread slices in medium flame till it turns golden brown in color on both sides.
- Transfer to a plate. In the same way fry all the bread slices.
- Once done, dip each slice in the milk mix and assemble on a wide plate or dish.
