Hi friends, today I am going to share an easy, refreshing and healthy recipe of Carrot and Orange juice. Both Carrot and Orange are rich in Vitamins and Nutrients and are very good for the body. This Carrot Orange juice looks so good, that kids too who run away from vegetables, will come running to get a taste of it.

Here I have added sugar in my carrot Orange juice, but you can also skip it or replace with honey. You can serve this healthy Carrot Orange juice for breakfast, brunch, evening or dinner. During Ramadan, this can ideally be served for Iftar.


4 carrots (skin peeled, washed and cut into small pieces)
2 oranges (skin and seed removed and cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup sugar (or honey)


  • Take carrots in  mixer jar, add oranges and grind to a fine paste.
  • Now add sugar and grind for some more time.
  • You can add more sugar if necessary.
  • Now transfer the carrot-orange mix to a bowl and add 2 glasses of water.
  • Mix well and then strain using a strainer to get a smooth drink.
  • Pour into small glasses and serve as it is or refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve cold.
