Deviled Eggs are also known as Stuffed eggs or Russian Eggs. Deviled Eggs are very popular in Europe and America and are served as an appetizer, main course, and also for parties. Devilled Eggs are so easy to prepare and assemble. And the main attraction of these Xcellent Deviled Eggs is that they are easy to eat, look good and are very healthy and tasty.

Deviled Eggs are a great appetizer that you can serve during parties and social gatherings. Deviled Eggs are basically boiled Eggs, that are cut into half, yolk removed and mixed with mayonaisse and other ingredients and then piped back into the Egg white. It is then topped with paprika.

In this post, I am going to share the recipe of Deviled Eggs in Indian Style. I have added garam masala powder, coriander leaves and a few other ingredients to give am Indian touch and taste to the classical Deviled Eggs recipe. 4 boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp red chilli powder for garnish


  • Boil Eggs in sufficient water with 1/2 tsp salt for about 10 minutes.
  • Allow the Eggs to cool down and then crack and discard the shells.
  • Cut each Egg into 2 halves lengthwise and assemble on a wooden board.
  • Remove the yolk from the Egg White and transfer the yolk to a bowl.
  • Gently mash the yolk with a spoon, add mayonnaise, pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Pipe the Yolk mix into a piping bag.
  • And fill the egg whites with the Yolk mix.
  • Sprinkle some red chilli powder and finely chopped coriander leaves on top. 
  • You can also refrigerate and serve cold.
