Hi friends, today I am sharing the recipe of everyone's favorite Pav Bhaaji. This Pav Bhaaji tastes just like the ones you get in chaat shops or even better. When I first made it my family could not believe that it was homemade. It is that good.
I have been making this often at home and especially when guests visit my home. This is a good way of making kids eat veggies as most vegetables are mashed and they cannot find it 😉. Also the left over Bhaaji can be used as a side dish for chapathi or we can also make sandwiches using it.
Now lets move on to the recipe of making Pav Bhaaji at home.
Ingredients
4 potatoes
2 carrot
4 normal sized tomatoes
1/2 cup shelled peas
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt

- Finally add lime juice and switch off the flame.
- Pav Bhaaji gravy is now ready.
- Now cut the pav buns into half and toast with butter on a tava.
