The holy month of Ramadan has just started and a variety of delicacies are prepared for iftar. Today's recipe is a refreshing ice cream recipe which is filled with fruits, dried fruits and nuts. You can also check out the sidebar of this blog for more Ramadan special recipes.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
200 gm vanilla ice cream
1 ½ cups to 2 cups finely chopped fruits (mangoes, apples, bananas and pineapples)
1/4 cup Roohafza
1 cup chopped nuts (cashews, pistachios, almonds, raisins and figs)
Method
Take 4 glasses and keep ready.
Scoop out ice cream and add 1 tbsp into each glass.
Layer the glass alternately with the chopped fruits and ice cream one after the other and top it with a tbsp of Roohafza.
Add ice cream again and finally garnish with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate in the freezer for a few minutes and serve.
