Hi friends! Hope you are doing good. Today, I am going to share an easy recipe of making an immunity boosting drink with just 3 ingredients that gets ready in just 10 minutes. I have been making this Immunity boosting drink from several years.
I drink this atleast once or twice a week to help in boosting my immunity. This immunity booster Ginger drink helps in keeping our body healthy. This immunity boosting drink has ginger, turmeric and honey in it and hence is a great home remedy for fighting germs and viruses. If you have cold or flu, you can drink this for 2 to 3 days and see how quickly it decreases your cold and flu symptoms.


1 and 1/2 glasses of water (3 large cups)
2 inch ginger finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Remove the skin from the ginger, wash well with water and cut into very small pieces
  • Take a pan, add water, ginger, turmeric powder and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 5 to 7 minutes in medium flame.
  • Then switch off the gas and allow it to cool down a bit.
  • When the drink is still warm, take a strainer and strain the drink into small glasses or cups.
  • Add a tsp of honey to each cup.
  • Mix well and serve warm.
