Vanilla ice cream can be easily prepared at home using just 3
ingredients. And we don’t even need an ice cream maker for this. Just whip
cream with sugar and essence and vanilla ice cream gets ready. Serve the ice
cream as it is or add nuts or chocolate shavings to make it more flavourful.
Ingredients
200 ml Amul cream refrigerated
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Place a bowl inside the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
- Take it out and add Amul cream to it.
- Beat the cream for a few seconds using a beater. (You can use an electric beater, or an egg beater for this.)
- Add sugar and continue beating till the sugar dissolves and the cream thickens.
- Next add vanilla essence and beat again for a few seconds.
- Close the bowl with a lid and place it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
- Vanilla ice cream is ready. Scoop and serve.
Simple and easy to follow method.. Ice cream looks yum!!
