CARROT MILK




Carrots are rich in Vitamin A and other essential nutrients. The best way to eat carrots is when they are raw. You can have them as it is after peeling off the skin or blend them and have in juice form.

Ingredients

4 carrots skin peeled and cut into small pieces
4 cups boiled and cooled milk
8 to 10 tsp sugar (adjust to taste according to the sweetness of the carrots)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder


Method

  • Take the chopped carrots in a mixer, add a few tbsps of milk and grind to a fine paste.
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder and continue grinding.
  • When the sugar and carrots are well blended, transfer to a jar and add milk.
  • Stir well and pour into glasses.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours and serve.
