I first came across this dish in chef Sanjeev Kapoor's cookery book. From that time, I have made this pulao several times with some changes to suit our taste. Every time the pulao comes out perfect and tastes divine. Make this at your home and serve this delicious pulao for lunch or dinner if you wish to give a royal treat to your family. Sharing a video of the recipe as well here.
