Pudina chutney chicken fry is a tangy, flavourful and delicious chicken fry recipe that you can serve as a starter or as a side dish with Biryani. I made mint chutney to serve with idli and sambar, so I thought why not use it to make chicken fry. The chicken fry came out delicious and everyone at home were impressed with its taste. 300 gms boneless chicken (washed and cut into small pieces)
4 tbsp pudina/ mint chutney
1 tbsp curd
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp pepper powder (or to taste)
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste

Method
- Prepare mint chutney using this recipe and keep ready.
- Take a bowl, add ginger, garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, corn flour, curd and mint chutney and mix well.
- Drain all the water from the chicken and add to the bowl.
- Mix the chicken well with the marinade, close a lid and place the chicken in a refrigerator to marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
- Keep the marinated chicken out and allow it to come to room temperature.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till they turn golden in colour.
- Serve hot with mayonnaise, tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
