Dosa is a type of thin pancake that is very popular and common in South India. It is usually prepared with fermented rice and lentils and served with Chutney and Sambar. Often dosa is prepared using rice and urad dal, but there are also many other varieties of dosa that are made in Southern India. Dosas made with millets, wheat flour, maida, etc are also very popular in most households here. Today, I am sharing 6 easy, quick and delicious recipes of  Dosas. You can make these dosas for breakfast or dinner.

Maida Dosa/ dosa made with All purpose flour, Wheat and Egg dosa and Finger millet/ Ragi dosas are Instant Dosas that do not need any fermentation. These three dosas are my go to breakfast option as they are really easy and quick to make.
