1 tsp garlic finely chopped
1 tsp ginger finely chopped

Chopped coriander leaves

Method
- Take cabbage, carrots and beans in a bowl, add salt and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- The salt will release water from the veggies. Drain away the excess water and then add red chilli powder, soya sauce, corn flour and maida to the veggies and mix well. It will form a dough like shape.

- Make small round balls and keep ready.
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai and when oil is hot, add the balls one by one and deep fry in medium to low flame till they are golden brown in colour.
- Carefully transfer to an absorbent paper on a plate and keep ready.
- For preparing the sauce, heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions and fry in high fame till they turn golden.
- Then add garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute.
- Next add capsicums and stir fry for a minute.
- Then salt and pepper powder, soya sauce, green chili sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
- Cook for a couple of minutes in low flame.
- Add coriander leaves, spring onion greens and corn flour dissolved in 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
- Finally add the manchurian balls and mix well.
- Cook in low flame for a couple of minutes and switch off the gas.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with Paella, Fried rice or Noodles.
