Hi friends! Welcome back to my blog!  Today I am sharing recipes of delicacies that we made for a special Iftar meal. We made Mutton Biryani, Chicken fry, onion raita, caramel custard, Gulab jamun, Semolina kheer and served it with sliced Cucumber.

Do check out the links below for the recipes, cook and enjoy with your family and friends. You can also make this non veg meal for lunch or dinner. (The sweets and desserts can be made a day ahead and served chilled for lunch the next day 😉 . Cooking so many items all in a day is not easy 😅 )



Finely slice 2 onions and transfer to a bowl, add 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves along with salt to taste and a pinch of red chilli powder. Mix well and add a cup of curd. Combine everything well. Onion Raita is ready to be served.


Take a cucumber, remove the skin and slice it into thin round circles.
