FISH RECIPES




Fish is a rich source of proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids which  are very good for the body. It is low in fat and is also rich in calcium and minerals. Hence it is recommended over other meats like lamb and chicken meat which contain fats. Here in this post I am sharing a collection of easy to cook and delicious recipes made with fish.
