TANDOORI CHICKEN WITHOUT OVEN

Hi everyone, Hope you are doing well! Today I am going to share with you the recipe of making Tandoori Chicken without an oven. You can see how awesome this Tandoori Chicken looks and I must say it indeed tasted amazing.

XCELLENT DEVILED EGGS INDIAN STYLE

Deviled Eggs are also known as Stuffed eggs or Russian Eggs. Deviled Eggs are very popular in Europe and America and are served as an appetizer, main course, and also for parties. Devilled Eggs are so easy to prepare and assemble. And the main attraction of these Xcellent Deviled Eggs is that they are easy to eat, look good and are very healthy and tasty.

PANEER POTLI SAMOSA

Potli samosa gets this name as it looks like a potli (bag). These potli samosas are small samosas which can be filled with vegetable, onion, paneer or meat stuffing. In this recipe, I have made Potli samosa with paneer stuffing. Potli samosas can be served with pudina chutney or tomato ketchup.

CHICKEN CROQUETTES

Chicken croquette requires very few ingredients and is easy to make. There are several different recipes to make this yummy snack. In this recipe of Chicken Croquettes, boiled chicken is mixed with white sauce, seasoned with salt and pepper and then deep fried in oil. I have also added egg whites, but if you are not very fond of eggs, you can ignore it. This recipe yields 8 croquettes. You can increase the proportion of ingredients to make more Chicken croquettes.

VEGETABLE BREAD ROLLS

Bread rolls can be prepared in several different ways. They can be stuffed with vegetable or meat filling and stir fried or deep fried in oil. In this recipe the rolls have vegetable stuffing and have been deep fried in oil. Fried bread rolls taste much better than the stir fried ones :) You can serve these hot bread rolls with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

ANDHRA CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS

Andhra chicken lollipop is a spicy and tangy chicken delicacy which can be served as an appetizer. This recipe is taken from the Chak le India cookbook by Aditya Bal. The chicken lollipops came out perfect and tasted delicious.
