BEETROOT STIR FRY/ BEETROOT PORIYAL



Hi friends, today I am going to share a healthy and delicious recipe of Beetroot stir fry/ Beetroot poriyal along with a video. Beetroots are iron rich and are very good for our health. I have used beetroots to make a simple and flavorful stir fry/ poriyal that you can serve as a side dish with Rice, Rasam and Sambar. KOVAKKAI PORIYAL/ TINDORA FRY/ IVY GOURD FRY




Kovakkai or Ivy gourd/ Tindora is a healthy and delicious green vegetable. It can be used to prepare poriyals/ stir fries or gravies. Today I am sharing a very simple, quick and easy recipe of Kovakkai poriyal that can be cooked in just about 20 minutes. Kovakkai poriyal tastes great with plain rice and sambar.

LADIES FINGER STIR FRY/ BHENDI / VENDAKKAI PORIYAL




Ladies finger is one of my most favourite vegetables. I like all recipes that have Ladies finger in them and this Ladies finger stir fry (Vendakkai/Bhendi poriyal) is a quick, delicious and nutritious stir fry that goes well with both chapathi and rice. Ideally served with sambar and white rice along with papad/appalams at home, this stir fry is a family favourite.

This is an innovative stir fry recipe made with maggi noodles and small brinjals. You can serve this with chapathi, make rolls with it or even serve it as it is as a snack.

Fish fry is a regular dish at home and we often make variations to it to get a new taste. We added tomato sauce and a few spices to the fish this time and the taste was simply awesome. Sharing the recipe here, I am sure my readers will like it.

This is a very simple and easy to cook noodle recipe that can be served either for breakfast or dinner. It gets done in less than 20 minutes and tastes delicious. I have used carrots, beans and capsicums but you can use any vegetable of your choice.

CAULIFLOWER/ GOBI MANCHURIAN DRY





Cauliflower is a versatile vegetable and adds flavour and taste to any dish. It can be steamed, boiled, fried or roasted. Cauliflower Manchurian or Gobi Manchurian is very popular dish in India. It can be served as a starter or with fried rice or noodles.

CABBAGE PORIYAL




This is a quick recipe that can be done in about 15 minutes. Replace cabbage with other veggies of your choice.
