EGG SAMOSA RECIPE WITH STEP BY STEP PICS

 


Hi friends, today I am sharing the recipe of Egg samosa. This is a Samosa which does not require many ingredients and tastes crispy and delicious. You can make these Egg samosas when you have parties or get togethers at home or also serve as a breakfast or snack with tea in the evening.

IFTAR SPECIAL- BADAM HAREERA RECIPE



Badam hareera or Almond Milk is a healthy and nutritious drink made using milk and almonds. Badam Hareera is commonly prepared for Iftar during the holy month of Ramadan. At home, Badam Hareera is a must have drink in the Iftar table. It is also a favourite drink for everybody at home as it is so delicious!  

MASALA VEGETABLE PULAO RECIPE WITH VIDEO




Masala vegetable pulao is a delicious, and flavourful variety rice recipe that can be cooked in less than half an hour. I have used pressure cooker here speed up the cooking process. Masala vegetable pulao can also be prepared for Iftar during Ramdan. Serve this delicious pulao hot with onion raita and Chicken fry or chicken masala gravy.

KHEEMA BITES/ KHEEMA STUFFED MINI ROLLS RECIPE




The holy month of Ramadan is going on and a variety of dishes are prepared for iftar which are a blend of some healthy, some calorie rich along with fruits, milkshakes and sherbets. I mostly prepare dishes for iftar which are not very time consuming and are very easy to make. This recipe of Kheema bites is one such recipe. I have already shared in my earlier post, that I prepare spicy kheema filling in advance as everybody at home loves it and it has to be in some form or other at the iftar table. Kheema samosa, kheema omelette, kheema paratha, kheema wraps are some dishes made with kheema filling. Here too I have filled the small bites or rolls with kheema and then fried them in oil.

KHEEMA OMELETTE/ IFTAR SPECIAL




Kheema omelette is a delicious and flavourful dish that is perfect for iftar.  I prepare a spicy kheema filling (recipe given here) and use it to make kheema samosa and kheema omelette for iftar. You can also prepare the kheema filling in advance and use it later to make the kheema omelette. Kheema omelette can also be served for breakfast or dinner.

PRAWN FRY





Prawn fry is a mouth watering and delicious recipe that you can prepare for lunch. It tastes best when served with dal and white rice.

CHICKEN CUTLET




This is yet another iftar special recipe from Amina Creations. Quick and easy, these chicken cutlets can be made a day ahead and fried just before iftar. They taste great with tomato ketchup.

I have already shared an elaborate post on Iftar special recipes and this post is a continuation of it with more new and delicious recipes that are also less time consuming. 


WELCOMING THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN





The holy month of Ramadan is about to begin and it is the time of the year when muslims around the world indulge in prayers, reading Quran and hadees and fast from sun rise to sunset. Since this time Ramadan is coming during summers, it is bound to be more exhausting and we pray to Allah to bless us and make our fasting easier and accept our prayers.

MANGO FALOODA AND JELLY SURPRISE




This recipe combines the vivid tastes of faluda (china grass pudding), jelly and mangoes in a single glass and not only looks good but also tastes delicious. This recipe makes 2 glasses and you can also make this for parties and special occasions and delight your guests. 

MANGO ICE CREAM SHAKE




Mangoes are in season now and there are plenty of recipes that we can try with mangoes. I often make mango milkshakes or have it as a fruit salad but for Iftar I wanted to try out something different. So I made a shake with mangoes and ice cream. The result was mind blowing and the drink was creamy and delicious.

RAS MALAI




Ras Malai is a delicious sweet made using milk powder and milk. This dessert can be served after dinner and at iftar parties. The recipe may look difficult, but it is easy to prepare and would surely find a place in your recipe diary.

PALM FRUIT MILKSHAKE




Certain seasonal fruits like Palm fruit or nungu (in tamil) are only found during summers. And if this fruit is available during the holy month of Ramadan, then it surely finds a place at the iftar table in the form of this delicious and refreshing milkshake.
