EASY DINNER RECIPES

 

Hi friends, today I am sharing some easy and quick dinner recipes that are delicious and one pot and do need much time in the kitchen. These recipes need very few ingredients and elders and kids both would love them.

HOTEL STYLE MINI IDLI SAMBAR/ 14 MINI SAMBAR IDLI

 

Mini Sambar idli or 14 idli sambar is a delicious dish that is very popular in Tamil Nadu. This is a family favorite and we order this whenever we visit Saravana Bhavan Hotel or any other Vegetarian Hotel. Due to lockdown we could not move out of our homes much, so I tried to replicate the taste of the Sambar idli at home. The Mini Sambar idlis came out awesome and everyone at home simply loved it. Nowadays I make this Mini Idli Sambar at least once a week for dinner as it is healthy and tasty and my daughter too likes it.

VEGETABLE AND PANEER MAGGI NOODLES


Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing an easy and quick recipe of making Vegetable and paneer Masala Maggi noodles. This recipe makes Noodles healthy as I have added lots of veggies and paneer into it. Here I have used Carrots, green peas and capsicum. You can also add other veggies of your choice and increase the quantity of veggies if you are fond of more veggies in your noodles.

Hi friends, today I am sharing the recipe of making Idli upma. This is a breakfast or dinner recipe that I often make at home when I have leftover idlis or when I don't have time to prepare a curry for dinner. We just need some idlis and a few other ingredients and Idli upma gets ready in just 10 minutes.

Hi all, Today I am going to share an easy and quick recipe using Bread which you can prepare for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, Snack or Dinner. Toast with a twist is basically Bread dipped in seasoned egg batter and toasted on a pan or tava. You can also pack these yummy Toast with a twist in your kids lunch boxes. This Egg dipped Bread toast tastes great with ketchup.

Onion is a quintessential ingredient used in Indian cooking to prepare curries, sauces, chutneys, rice varieties, etc. Today's recipe is a simple recipe of paratha with onion as the main ingredient. This recipe does not require many ingredients or hours of preparation and hence is a perfect recipe you can turn to when you have little time and yet wish to have a change from your regular routine.
